A small upstart business can require branding form the ground floor up. Often times however, an existing business may be in need of a complete re-brand. It’s not uncommon for business owners to become married to a website or logo that was created for them by a friend of the family, or someone’s niece who once took a “Computer Graphics” course at the YMCA. This false sense of nostalgia can be detrimental to a businesses bottom line.
There are several factors that play a part in what turns a potential customer into a paying customer. Testimonials, reliability and customer service undoubtedly play a major role. Branding, however, is arguably the most important factor in this decision making process.
